Special Trolley and Carriage
Trolley and Carriage is used to place Product to be cured inside of Autoclave and Vulcanizer and safely remove it after curing. HPEW Autoclave and Vulcanizer are provided with Special Trolley and Carriage as an extra accessory on clients demand. Locally fabricated Trolleys are not properly designed and manufactured leading to inaccuracy, high maintenance, slow and rough movement and reduced production per batch.At H. P. Engineering Works, we provide our customers with Special Trolley and Carriage for their Autoclaves and Vulcanizers. Trolley and Carriage are specially designed as per clients requirement & product keeping in mind all the factors related to quality curing and providing maximum production per batch cycle. HPEW Trolley and Carriage system is designed in a way to reduce the Autoclave downtime between two batch cycles to almost zero thus maximizing production and saving in energy.
